Its a fact that I could not have sold the house so quickly at such an impressive price without the styling done by Jen. I was in a major rush to sell, and the earlier recommended stylists bailed out on us at the last minute. I am so glad I got in touch with Jen. Jen was prompt in responding, understood the situation straight away and was flexible enough to arrange an inspection quickly. She had to dress an entire 5 bedroom house which only had old furniture and had to handle some very challenging restrictions and timelines. Jen was extremely talented and very knowledgable on how to best present THIS house and bring each room to life as part of a bigger theme for the house. She clearly gave her suggestions as well as backup options should there be issues in moving some of the furniture. She incorporated most, if not all of the bulking items into her style and the result at the end of the day was stunning - I couldn’t believe this was the same furniture nor the same house!
Jen was very hard working, esp. on the day of setting up. She worked continuously from early morning till the afternoon and perfected each and every object. It was very impressive how a whole heap of what look like bits and pieces created an amazing appeal. You cannot second guess her opinion and there is no way anyone other than an expert like her could have created such a welcoming, homely and stylish space.
The house sold two weeks before auction at a price above expectation.
